Rui Cardoso, Vice-President, Portfolio Management and Portfolio Manager with Signature Global Advisors of CI Investments Inc., has over 12 years of investment industry experience in Canada, with a particular emphasis on US equities.  He specializes in analysis and stock selection of global healthcare equities and oversees the management of the KBSH US equity funds. Mr. Cardoso joined the Signature team in 2009 as part of the combination of KBSH and Signature research teams.  Prior to joining KBSH in 2005, he was a Portfolio Manager with HSBC Asset Management, where he helped manage Canadian growth portfolios and a Science and Technology fund.  Prior to becoming a Portfolio Manager, he began his investment industry career working in the equity research departments of RBC Capital Markets and UBS. Mr. Cardoso obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and an International M.B.A. from York University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
