Brandon Snow Brandon Snow
Principal & Chief Investment Officer

Brandon Snow serves as the Principal and Chief Investment Officer at Cambridge Global Asset Management. He is responsible for leading the analyst team and directs the global research activities of the firm. Brandon is the Lead Portfolio Manager of Cambridge Canadian Equity Corporate Class and co-manager of Cambridge Asset Allocation Corporate Class and Cambridge Global Equity Corporate Class.

Brandon’s career in the investment industry began in 2003 and he joined Cambridge in 2011. He was named a Top 10 Investment Mind in Canada’s investment rankings by Brendan Wood International in 2014 and became one of Brendan Wood’s Canadian TopGun Investment Minds the following year.

Prior to joining Cambridge, Brandon was portfolio manager of two Canadian-focused equity funds at Fidelity Investments.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Financial Management from Wilfrid Laurier University.



Robert Swanson Robert Swanson, CFA
Principal & Portfolio Manager

Robert Swanson serves as a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Cambridge Global Asset Management. He is responsible for co-managing the CI Cambridge Canadian Institutional Equity Fund and CI Cambridge All Canadian Equity Fund on behalf of Cambridge’s institutional clients and manages several strategies for Cambridge’s retail clients.

Robert’s career in the investment industry began in 1983 and he joined Cambridge in 2011.

Prior to joining Cambridge, Robert was lead manager of several mutual funds at Fidelity Investments with combined assets under management exceeding $20 billion.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University, an MBA from Northwestern University and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.



Stephen Groff Stephen Groff, CFA
Principal & Portfolio Manager

Stephen Groff serves as a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Cambridge Global Asset Management. He is responsible for co-managing the CI Cambridge Canadian Institutional Equity Fund and CI Cambridge All Canadian Equity Fund on behalf of Cambridge’s institutional clients, and also manages retail strategies for Cambridge’s clients.

Stephen’s career in the investment industry began in 2007 and he joined Cambridge in 2011. He was co-winner of the Morningstar Breakout Fund Manager of the Year award, winner of the 2018 Lipper Award for the Canadian Dividend category* and a TopGun Investment Mind in the Brendan Wood International Canadian investment rankings from 2015 to 2019.

Prior to joining Cambridge, Stephen served as a Research Analyst at Fidelity Investments where he also managed a portion of Fidelity Canadian Disciplined Equity Fund.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.



Greg Dean Greg Dean, CFA
Principal & Portfolio Manager

Greg Dean serves as a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Cambridge Global Asset Management. He is responsible for managing Cambridge’s small and mid-cap equity funds, including Cambridge Growth Companies Corporate Class, Cambridge Canadian Growth Companies Fund and Cambridge Pure Canadian Equity Fund.

Greg’s career in the investment industry began in 2008 and he joined Cambridge in 2011. He was co-winner of the Breakout Fund Manager of the Year at the Morningstar Awards for 2015 and was named a TopGun Investment Mind (Platinum Class) in the Brendan Wood International Canadian investment rankings from 2012 to 2019.

Prior to joining Cambridge, Greg was a research analyst at Fidelity Investments where he managed a portion of Fidelity Canadian Disciplined Equity Fund.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.



Geoff Scott Geoff Scott, CFA
Institutional Portfolio Manager

Geoff Scott serves as Institutional Portfolio Manager at Cambridge Global Asset Management. He is responsible for representing the Cambridge team with clients and involved in a broad range of analytics in support of the investment process.

Geoff’s career in the investment industry began in 2004 and he joined Cambridge in 2017.

Prior to joining Cambridge, Geoff gained experience in equity research and analysis of the North American industrials and consumer discretionary sectors as well as roles in risk and portfolio analytics at AGF Management. He also led a team responsible for investment manager due diligence at Manulife Financial.

Geoff holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from Suffolk University, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.



Paul Marcogliese Paul Marcogliese, CFA
Fixed Income Portfolio Manager

Paul Marcogliese joined Cambridge Global Asset Management as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager in July 2016. Prior to joining Cambridge, Mr. Marcogliese worked as a portfolio manager at MFS Investment Management Canada managing Canadian and international fixed-income portfolios. Prior to that, Mr. Marcogliese was a partner and fixed-income portfolio manager at McLean Budden Asset Management.

He holds a bachelor of mathematics from the University of Waterloo, a bachelor of business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.



Dan Rohinton Dan Rohinton
Portfolio Manager

Dan Rohinton serves as a Portfolio Manager at Cambridge Global Asset Management. He is responsible for co-managing Cambridge Global Equity Corporate Class.

Dan’s career in the investment industry began in 2012 and he joined Cambridge in 2013.

Prior to joining Cambridge, Dan worked at BMO Capital Markets in New York as a research associate covering U.S. banks. He also has prior experience as a Research Analyst at Sentry Investment Management.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Equity Analyst

IIan Turnbull joined Cambridge Global Asset Management full-time in September 2015 after having completed three four-month terms with the team as part of his university co-op program.

Mr. Turnbull holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he was involved in managing the Laurier Student Investment Fund.**



Ian Turnbull Charles Morison
Equity Analyst

ICharles Morison joined Cambridge Global Asset Management as an analyst in February 2019. Prior to joining Cambridge, Mr. Morison was an investment banking analyst on the Mergers & Acquisitions team at BMO Capital Markets.

Mr. Morison holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University, where he was involved in managing The Kenneth Woods Portfolio Management Program (KWPMP) student-run fund.

Equity Analyst

Jordan McNamee joined Cambridge Global Asset Management as a research analyst in November 2014. Prior to joining Cambridge, Mr. McNamee worked at Gluskin Sheff and Associates Inc. as part of his university co-op program.

Mr. McNamee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he was involved in managing the Laurier Student Investment Fund.**

Derek Cangiano joined Cambridge Global Asset Management full-time in August 2016 after having completed two four-month terms with the team as part of his university co-op program.

Equity Analyst

Authi Seevaratnam joined Cambridge Global Asset Management full-time in August 2016 after having completed a four-month term with the team as part of his university co-op program.

Mr. Seevaratnam holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he was involved in managing the Laurier Student Investment Fund.**



Oliver Shao Oliver Shao, CFA
Equity Analyst

Oliver Shao serves as an Analyst at Cambridge Global Asset Management. He is responsible for providing the investment team with a broad range of analytical and research support.

Oliver’s career in the investment industry began in 2016 and he joined Cambridge in 2019.

Prior to joining Cambridge Global Asset Management, Oliver was a Research Analyst at McLean & Partners. Prior to that he was an Associate Analyst/Research Associate at Acumen Capital, as well as a Senior Associate in the Audit division of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Oliver holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario, is a CPA (IL, USA) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.



Grant Connor Grant Connor
Fixed-Income Analyst

Grant Connor serves as a Fixed Income Analyst at Cambridge Global Asset Management. He is responsible for the analysis of fixed-income securities.

Grant’s career in the investment industry began in 2008 and he joined Cambridge in 2013.

Prior to joining Cambridge, Grant was an associate analyst at National Bank Financial covering Canadian banks and life insurance. Prior to that, Grant was an associate analyst in structured finance at Moody’s Investors Service where he rated Canadian asset-backed securities.

Grant holds Juris Doctor and MBA degrees from the University of Toronto and is a member of the New York State Bar Association (called in August 2010).



Tyler Hildebrand Tyler Hildebrand
Trader

Tyler Hildebrand serves as a Trader at Cambridge Global Asset Management. He is responsible for portfolio implementation at Cambridge.

Tyler’s career in the investment industry began in 2010 and joined Cambridge in 2012. Tyler was named a TopGun Buy-Side Trader in the Brendan Wood International Canadian investment rankings in 2017 and 2019.

Prior to joining Cambridge, Tyler worked at CI Investments as a Sales and Marketing specialist and then transitioned into private wealth management as a Portfolio Trader and Operations Analyst for CI's Private Counsel Division.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.



Sonia Mahadeo Sonia Mahadeo
Director, Investment Communications

Sonia Mahadeo serves as the Director, Investment Communications at Cambridge Global Asset Management where she is responsible for contributing to a broader client understanding of the organization’s investment strategies.

Sonia’s career in the investment industry began in 2012 and she joined Cambridge in 2019.

Sonia’s experience spans different industries and functional areas, including pension fund, banking and asset management within the financial services industry. She previously held roles at RBC in Investor Relations, OPSEU Pension Trust in the investment division and TD Greystone Asset Management as a Senior Consultant in the Marketing and Communications department.

Sonia holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University and an Executive MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario).
